Dear Odyssey Community,

The Head of School search is going well. The consultants from Carney Sandoe & Associates posted the Position Statement about the job on various websites and reached out to other potential candidates, and there has been incredible interest and response to the position. As people have shown interest, the consultants vet them to make sure they are strong candidates for the position.

The Search Committee has been meeting regularly in preparation for hiring a new Head of School, and the consultants have let us know that we can expect to interview 7-8 potential candidates for the job. The Search Committee will meet December 5 to choose the semi-finalists, and interviews will begin the following week. We feel confident that we will be ready to interview finalists at the school beginning in January.
